Engine reference
Engine reference
Engine reference covers the surfaces the engine produces and the controls available to the buyer. Bands describes how the engine maps a fitted ratio onto a verdict. Uploads describes accepted shapes and limits. API describes the programmatic surface. Decision domains describes the engine's substrate selector and the financial overlay matcher. Regulator matching describes the deterministic resolution that produces the regulator list shown on the diagnosis report.
What Engine reference covers
This section is the technical contract between the engine and the buyer. Each page documents one surface the engine exposes. The pages do not describe engine internals. They describe what the engine guarantees, what the buyer can supply, and what the buyer reads back from the result page and the downloaded report.
Engine reality wins over spec text. If the engine returns a different value to the buyer than this section describes, the engine is right and this section is wrong; raise it and the docs are corrected.
The five surfaces
-
Uploads
Accepted file shapes, column requirements, size caps, and error subcodes. The first surface every buyer touches.
Read Uploads -
Bands
How the engine maps a fitted multiplicative-to-additive ratio onto one of eight verdicts. The band thresholds are locked.
Read Bands -
API
The programmatic surface at api.iadtx.com. Authentication, the diagnose endpoint, error codes, and rate limits.
Read API -
Decision domains
The union of substrate selection and the financial-economy overlay matcher. Fixes the verdict and the regulator vocabulary at diagnosis time.
Read Decision domains -
Regulator matching
The deterministic six-step resolution that produces the regulator list on every diagnosis and validation report.

Where to start
The spine of this section runs Uploads, Bands, API, Decision domains, Regulator matching. Uploads is the first page because it is the first surface every buyer touches. Read in order, or jump to the page that answers the question in front of you.
