A decision domain is the combination of the substrate the diagnosis runs against and the financial-economy overlay that maps the diagnosis result onto a regulator-facing artefact.

A decision domain is the combination of the substrate the diagnosis runs against and the financial-economy overlay that maps the diagnosis result onto a regulator-facing artefact. The union matters because the substrate fixes the structural model and the overlay fixes the regulator vocabulary. The verdict is the same across overlays; the language is calibrated to the audience.
Substrate selector
The engine ships four public substrates. Each carries a locked decision-maker label and a one-line description.

The IADTX research programme also addresses a quantum substrate, which is an engine-level concept in the underlying theory. It is not surfaced as a buyer-facing toggle in v0.1. It lands as a public substrate when the dedicated overlay ships.
Financial overlay matcher
The financial-economy overlay catalogue is the master overlay shipped at v0.1. It covers sixty-six regulators across twenty-one jurisdictions and seventy-six model types. Twelve additional sector overlays are scheduled. Healthcare is live in the engine; the remaining eleven are queued.
Fixed at diagnosis time
The decision domain is fixed at diagnosis time. Changing the substrate after a diagnosis run requires a new diagnosis.
