The lenses
The lenses
A lens is a focused extension of the core diagnosis that answers one structural question, scoped to the buyer's substrate and verdict. Seven lenses ship in IADTX. Each is tier-gated, each produces a public-shaped panel on the result page, and each links here from the upload preview grid.
Why lenses exist
The core diagnosis answers the verdict. Reading the diagnosis explains the five readings the resolver returns and how the result page renders them. Lenses answer the question that comes next, which is what to do about the verdict.
Each lens is tier-gated because each lens costs compute and engineering review. The lens that surfaces under-modelled variables runs against a different substrate than the lens that traces an agent trace step by step. Buyers consume the lens that fits their next decision, not the full menu.
Lenses never run on the Free tier. The buyer can preview every lens card on the upload page before purchase. Once a lens runs, its panel ships on the result page and inside any downloaded report.
The seven lenses at a glance
-
Missing Force
A ranked list of the highest-impact variables a model has not accounted for. Public output is capped at the top three on Growth, full list on Business and Enterprise.
Read Missing Force -
Cross-Model
The IADTX Structural Comparison Test run against a second candidate model on the same outcome. Returns which structural shape the data favours.
Read Cross-Model -
Cascade
Stage-by-stage attribution for any decision pipeline with three or more sequential stages. Identifies the brittle stage in the cascade.
Read Cascade -
Transfer
A stability check on whether the structural shape that resolved one environment continues to hold in a second environment.
Read Transfer -
Agent Chain
Step-level attribution for any multi-agent or multi-step LLM pipeline. Locates the step in the chain responsible for the structural verdict on the final output.
Read Agent Chain -
Assumption Audit
A structured enumeration of the assumptions baked into the buyer's model, with each one tested against the data. Enterprise tier only.
Read Assumption Audit -
Drift Compare
A state-comparison surface that reads two signed state files and reports what has changed structurally between them. Used for quarterly review and post-retraining checks.
Read Drift Compare
Tier unlock matrix
The matrix below reads from the engine gates table at render time. If a tier or lens changes, the matrix changes with it. Tick marks indicate the lens is unlocked at that tier and ships its public-shaped panel; empty cells indicate the lens is not available at that tier.

Where lenses appear in the flow
On the upload page, the lens preview grid renders one card per lens. Cards above the buyer's tier render with a locked overlay and a link to the pricing surface. Cards inside the buyer's tier render as a one-click toggle that runs the lens against the uploaded data once a verdict is in.
On the result page, each lens that has run renders its own panel below the Model Comparison panel and the Substrate panel. Lens panels appear in the order they ran, not the order they appear in this section.
Downloaded reports include every lens panel that ran. The lens panels in the report use the same layout and the same writing rules as the result page.
What this section does not cover
- The Reference pages for Bands, Uploads, and the API. Those live under Engine reference.
- Tiers and pricing. The pricing surface lives at iadtx.com/pricing on the marketing site.
- Engine internals. The lens modules under
iadtx/are not documented here. The buyer reads the lens panel on the result page and the page for that lens in this section.
